Afterglow: the dreamiest highlighter palette

Urban Decay are one of those brands that's always at the top of my omg I *need* lust list, and I've spent months and months drooling over every new release they bring out. This Christmas my sister was kind enough to gift me their Afterglow highlighter palette and it was the biggest shock I think I've ever had. 
I simply could not afford to buy this for myself and I never in a million years thought I'd own a highlighter palette this beautiful anytime in the near future. Basically my sis is a babe, and I love her to pieces (and not just because she's the best at buying presents). For the last three years or so I've been living off of my £3 MUA highlight, which is absolutely fab, but doesn't *quite* compare.

In the palette you get four shades - Bliss (pale gold), peroxide (an almost purple-toned pink hue), NSFW (a coppery tone) and Side Piece (darker gold). I was quite worried at first that NSFW would be too dark for my pasty-ass skin, but they're all fab. 

Peroxide is one that I didn't expect to like, but this and Bliss are what I've been reaching for most. All four shades are still very subtle, and just add a little glow to my skin, which is exactly what I need in Winter. 

I feel absolutely fierce when I'm wearing any of these, and it gives me that extra little boost of confidence, which is what makeup is all about really. I can't wait to brush a little Side Piece on my cheeks tonight and head out feeling incredible on a Saturday date night.
