Winter Lounge Wear Wishlist 2017

I've done one of these posts every year for the last two years, and really wanted to bring it back this time too. I love loungewear. It makes up a concerning percentage of the clothing that I actually wear, and this just gets more intense as Winter hits. I love being cosy and snuggly and scouring ASOS for all the novelty Christmas clothing they have, so this post is basically what I live for.

Starting from the top left, let's chat about all these beauties:

1.) New Look's Cream Teddy Ear Robe. I've reached a point in my life where I can recognise that you need two dressing gowns: a main one, and one for when that's in the wash. I love the idea of having a jacket sized dressing gown rather than a full length one and the teddy ears are beyond cute.

2.) New Look's Red Velvet playsuit. We've gone from one extreme to another here, but this is so pretty. Imagine snuggling up with hot cups of cocoa with your other half in this in front of a roaring fire, mmm. Ultimate hygge with a twist of sexy there.

3.) New Look pom pom ballet slippers. I haven't got over the pom pom hype yet, and I'm not sorry. These look perfect for when it's not *too* cold, but you still want your feet to be that bit more cosy.

4.) Mint Velvet granite slippers. These are basically the slippers of my dreams. They look like the warmest damn things that I wouldn't ever take off if I owned. They're also the only real 'high end' piece I have on here.

5.) Next starry button through onesie. This is probably want I want most off of this list. I love a good onesie as much as the next person (okay, more), but thick, fleecy or fluffy ones are always just too hot for me. This one is exactly what I want in a onesie and omg I NEED IT.

6.) Next Reindeer bed socks. I totally thought they looked like teddy bears too, but I'm okay with that. Can you imagine how perf these would look in an Instagram shot with a cup of steaming tea?

7.) Next grey speckled cardigan. This is some kind of half cardigan half dressing gown hybrid which I am absolutely living for. Sometimes a dressing gown is one step too far, and this would be the perfect downgrade.

8.) Next suede moccasin slippers. I know including these in the list highlights how elderly I am on the inside but oh my god imagine how soft and warm these would be.

9.) ASOS space print PJs. There are a tonne of space print pajamas out there this year, but after a lot of searching these are definitely my fave. They're so bright even with the black background. These are my favourite PJs I've seen so far for Winter this year.

10.) ASOS cami nightdress. This is part two of my 'let's get sexy this Winter' campaign. I mean, how cute is it?! I love the lace detailing on the straps and the silkiness and every goddamn thing about it.

11.) ASOS Christmas sprout cosy socks. I warned you all that I love novelty Christmas bits. Bed socks are totally included in that. I mean, the sprouts even have little cracker hats on!

12.) New Look red check PJ set. I love a bit of tartan at this time of year. It's just so festive. These pajamas are so soft and the embroidery in the top corners makes it that little bit more special.

And there we go. These are all the dreamiest bits I've found that would give my wardrobe the ultimate winter refresh it needs.

  4. I love your list. And what you said under number one about the gowns - that you need the main one, and one more when the first needs to be washed...I totally agree with you about that, hahaha.. No matter how old it could be, it's still my favourite :)
