4 bloggers whose content I've been loving this month

4 bloggers whose content I've been loving this month
I've been feeling a little 'meh' about writing a blog post over the last few days because I've dipped into an anxiety-ridden rut. So, I figured there's no better way to get back into the swing of things than to catch up on a tonne of blogs, both old favourites and new ones I've found, to take a look at what I've been loving over the last month or so.

I love writing these posts. It's so nice to chat about bloggers whose sites I feel genuine passion about, and it hopefully perks their day up a little too. Life is too short to not speak up about what you think is worth some love, so why not do it?

First up is Holly from The Kitty Luxe. She has one of my all-time favourite Instagram accounts, and I'm forever lusting over things she's wearing. I mean, I'm pretty sure I've dreamt about that rainbow pastel chunky knit jumper. If you follow Holly, you'll know the one I mean. Oh and did I mention that she takes all her photos on her iPhone? They're incredible. I've been following Holly for a couple of years now, but her post on failing at adulting as a millenial is one of my all-time favourites that she's written. As always, she hits the spot with this one, and gives us all a dose of millenial reality.

Next up is Erin Boyle from Reading my Tea Leaves. Her blog's all about leading a sustainable life, and I come back to it all the time to get tips on helping the planet. I feel hella passionate about this and I always learn something from Erin's posts. Her recent zero waste progress report came in exactly when I needed a reminder that it's okay not to be perfect in terms of cutting down on waste; doing your best is amazing.

Blogs that don't really have a niche are my favourite kind of blogs, because you get a much better impression of what the person behind the blog is like. Charlotte from Scarlet Slippers does exactly this, and I love checking in to catch up on her goals and beauty posts. Her balancing life post reminded me that I don't have to do everything, and made me SO excited to see that she's going to be blogging more frequently in the future!

And finally we have Umm Baby Beauty aka Sal. I feel like I've been following this gal for just about forever, but I hadn't had a proper catch up in a while. Her photos give me alll the inspiration on how to layer up backgrounds and I love how fresh they look. Plus, her lazy day edit post has totally saved my butt over the last few days because I really need to work out a nice middle ground between making no effort and looking like I have made effort, ya feel me?

  2. Oh my gosh Steph. I came here to catch up and getting some recommendations for some new blogs to read...and I totally didn't expect to see myself featured. Thank you so much, I am honoured to be included. So glad you found the Lazy Day Edit useful. Its always so hard striking that balance between looking like you have energy and having no energy isn't it? ;) xxx
