Secondary eyeliner: Barry M black kohl pencil
Lipstick: Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede in Trendsetter
Eyeshadow: Revlon ColorStay quad in Adventurous

This is my first makeup look on Nourish ME, and I'm so excited to be sharing it with you! I actually created this look at the end of last year for an evening Christmas get-together, but it's one that I just keep on coming back to. This really marked a start in my makeup love, and the look actually contains my first ever eye shadow quad (crazy, I know) and one of my first ever lippies!

Most of these pieces were my favourite makeup items at the time, and I still come back to them, especially the Body Shop foundation. It's the first foundation I've found which suits my combination skin and pale complexion. In the past other foundations I've used have ended up giving my skin a yellow tinge, no matter how little I used (so frustrating). Plus, my combination skin meant that one use of foundation created a massive breakout, and dried out my skin in places. This however suits me perfectly and it hasn't done too much damage to my already sensitive skin.

This look was perfect for an evening meal out in the Winter, and it's something I'm definitely going to be recreating as we move into Autumn again. I'm more of an eyeliner gal than an eyeshadow one, but a dark smokey eye lets me sneak in a good dose of gel eyeliner without it looking too bold in comparison to the shadow.

The Revlon ColorStay range has really helped me get started in my first proper makeup collection, and I love the fact that I can create bold, long lasting looks with it. The eyeliner palettes are really useful in helping to build up a certain "look" without having to experiment by creating one yourself.  I'm a bit inexperienced with the whole blending shebang, and the little guide on the back showing me where to put each colour has been an absolute game changer for me.

This bold lip from the Colorstay range has also been absolutely incredible, especially when it comes to that student life. We've all been there on a night out - you do your makeup to perfection(ish) and after the first couple of drinks, your lippie is either nowhere to be seen or smeared all over your face. Ugh. This is the first lipstick that I've found (and the last) that has actually stayed glued to me all night, and still been in pretty darn good nick when I stumble back home after a few hours with no re-applications.

Have you given anything from Revlon's Colorstay range a go?
