LUSH's Grease Lightning - my spot cure
I've been scouring the shelves of LUSH for years now, and every so often I come across something that I've totally overlooked before and I wonder how I ever glanced past it before. That's 100% what happened here.
My skin is incredibly problematic at the moment. It's rarely spot free, and every couple of days I seem to have a new mass breakout on some part of my face. LUSH's Grease lightning has been my absolute saviour the past few months. It's jam-packed with all the things that we know are good for spots: tea tree, witch hazel, aloe vera, and a whole lot of other goodies.
I squeeze a little gel-like blob onto my finger each morning and pop on my spots. It creates an almost film-like layer over them, so that when I put on my makeup it doesn't sit directly on the spot. I wear makeup at least 5 days of the week, and this alone really helps to keep my skin a little clearer.
Although it doesn't completely prevent me from getting spots, it clears them up so much more quickly. It reduces the redness around the spot, soothes it and helps it go down far sooner than it otherwise would do.
What I'm really trying to say is that if you're struggling with spots too I think it's well worth a go.

I definitely need to try this. I recently started wearing oil on my face at night and its made a visible difference. if I start using this too, then maybe it'll look even better. this is something I need to pick up!
